  • Payment information related to deposits or balances when Gateway sends a payment link (we never store card numbers)

  • To confirm and manage your booking — We use your contact info to send confirmation emails, balance reminders, and event logistics
  • To process payment — When Gateway sends a payment link, payment information is handled by our payment processor. We receive only the information needed to confirm payment status
  • To improve our services — Aggregated, non-identifying data helps us understand how clients use our site
  • To communicate with you — We may send transactional emails related to your booking

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our booking system:

  • SendGrid — Transactional email delivery
  • Google Fonts — Font delivery via Google CDN

Data Retention

We retain booking records for up to 2 years for accounting and reference purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
