Deposit Policy
50% deposit is due after Gateway confirms availability and sends the contract. Your date is held only after signed contract plus deposit.
Cancellation Policy
60+ days: full deposit refund. 16–60 days: 50% returned. Under 16 days: credit toward a rescheduled event within 12 months.
